Improve balance, muscle tone and core strength with this gentle seated and standing Pilates workout. A great way to improve everyday movement. BYO light hand weights (1-2kg) and light resistance band (with handles preferably)

Power Bar Pilates

This class is completely adaptable, fun way to improve your core strength & tone your whole body. Suitable for all ages and abilities (must be able to get onto the floor). Work as hard or as easy as you like to reach your goals.

Chair Yoga

Do you need thee aid of a mobility device or in a wheelchair? Want to get your body moving but can't get on the floor? Together we will gently stretch and awaken your body in a way that works for you. Yoga can help loosen your tired muscles and joints, improve your flexibility, strength and at the same time calm the mind. Also, have fun and share a laugh! First class is FREE, then $20 per class.
